The AUT Food Network's Food Science team is not only interested in problem solving for industry, but also has state of the art laboratories related to food sensory science, human digestion, food safety and control of biofilms, and product development. The team's knowledge and expertise has been developed with over 30 years of research and commercial experience, and incorporating a real world relevance and underpinned by the philosophies of applied science.
