Food and the understanding of the social impact of food is an integral part of hospitality for all cultures. This team brings together a wealth of commercial experience and expertise associated with the culinary arts, gourmet and socially responsible food as well as in-depth research and understanding about consumer experiences and behaviour in hospitality and tourism.
The hospitality and tourism team includes expert chefs who have access to world-class kitchens and restaurants suitable for consumer and commercial research with international and multi-ethnic application. The school and the restaurants are located in the centre of cosmopolitan Auckland.
